- Deploy a Python (Flask) web app with PostgreSQL in Azure
- Deploy a Python (Django) web app with PostgreSQL in Azure
- HTTP API powered by FastAPI with Azure Functions and APIM

The dev loop for prototyping with #azd (https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev) is really quite nifty. It saves me memorising a few dozen other cli commands (or writing shell scripts for them)

I've been chipping away at it, but I think it's pretty close to being done...

A #remix stack for Azure, powered by #azd - https://github.com/aaronpowell/azure-remix-stack/pull/6

Locally it'll spin a #vscode devcontainer with paired postgresql db, and then with a few quick commands you can deploy the infra on Azure.

Even setup a handy GitHub Action workflow for it (although I think that can be improved, see https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev/discussions/1198)

Hey friends! I figured I'd #introduce / #intro myself!

I'm a software engineer currently working as a senior product manager @ msft on the open source Azure Developer CLI (#azd). I previously worked on the Pylance language server and developer experience for #Python in #VSCode.

I am currently learning about IaC, #golang (sorry @jakebailey), #containers, #kubernetes, ++.

I have 3 cats named after foods - Nori, Miso and Momo. You'll probably see me post about them from time to time.
