AZ Gov Hobbs signed executive orders Tuesday, banning state support of conversion therapy, allowing transgender state employees to receive gender-affirming health care under their insurance plan, and prohibiting state agencies from cooperating with civil and criminal cases in states where gender-affirming health care is illegal.
