Does anyone know if Azure and Office365 are shared on the Microsoft backbone now officially? Curious if traffic from Azure to O365 is considered internet egress or regional.

Trying to understand if the Microsoft peering on ExpressRoute is something intrinsic for Azure originating traffic or if it's possible to emulate that with an NVA if necessary.
