#Auberginen im Ofen backen, bis sie weich sind. Das Fruchtfleisch heraus schaben und mit einer Gabel mit gepresstem #Knoblauch, SalzPfeffer, #Zitronensaft, #Cumin fein zerdrücken.
#Tomaten und #Paprika klein würfeln, mit gehackten #Kapern und etwas #Kapernflüssigkeit und #Balsamico mischen.
Dazu gibt es frisches selbst gebackenes Brot.
