Sorry to yell, but:

I CAUGHT ONE OF THE BIRDS FROM OLIVES!! This group has been so difficult I’d mostly given up on them. They had no daily activity pattern that I could discern, roost somewhere impossible to put nets, didn’t respond to any calls, and are wary of humans.

However, no #babbler can deny the new call recording I took the other day! I have a beautiful recording of a territory fight and it seems to draw all the babblers to the yard 🥳
