I popped in a DVD from my season 1 set from Babylon 5.
Any fans out there??
I'm not the biggest one, I haven't seen it more then 2 times (starting my third watch now). But I really enjoyed it. And I've been fortunate to have met some of the cast.

I recently came across Claudia Christian's fan mail address. I am definitely going to write her, but I am having a hard time figuring out exactly what to say. I have a #Babylon5 poster with her autograph hanging on my wall and I even paid $100 I couldn't really afford for a painting of her, that is also on my wall. Obviously, I would love to speak with her. I don't want to come off as a stalker or someone out of touch with reality. I just love her.

I've reached "Ceremonies of Light and Dark" in my #Babylon5 rewatch. This is when Delenn gives them the new uniforms. I cry every time we first see the 4 of them standing over C&C wearing them. #B5 😭

It's quite a big contrast with #StarTrek were the humans are thriving really good.

In comparison, in #Babylon5 the humans are the losing camp of the war. They were completely losing it if the Minbari didn't stop unexpectedly

#Babylon5 starts at the end of a war: the Minbari are destroying the humans pretty bad but then they noticed their own population is shrinking and they are actually losing "souls" to the humans. They realized they were literally killing themselves because in the end, I guess, we're just one and the same

Yesterday, a 30-year-old sci-fi TV series (#Babylon5) gave me an idea for a better Siri voice command: I had used “lights on” and “lights off” until I noticed that in that show, they only said “lights” to toggle between on and off. Lo and behold, that also works with Siri. 😀

@platymew Even worse, #Babylon5 ran out of door budget before equipping the captain's office. Any passerby in the hallway can conveniently (or clandestinely) hear the confidential command conversations.
