My 5.5 month old has been waking every 1-2 hours for like 3 months, and I’ve tried so many things. His wake windows are a mess, he ends up in my bed for part of the night every night because I’m so damn tired, it’s bad. Even sleep training he cried so long he started to get dehydrated. So what next?

We're working on getting baby to nap independently and every time I've gotten her to sleep this week I've sat down in the chair with her and can't bear to put her down 🤣 Making a rod for my own back in sure
