I really enjoyed to read #BackIntoTheStorm but as I moved from HW to SW when I was 21 (and later to networks), the tech talk brought back some fading memories🤗

After reading #BackIntoTheStorm from Bill Herd, I agree the ultra cheap versions, especially the #C116 would have been a great Idea. But marketing killed the product... sad for the engineers, who put so much effort into it.
