I have my list of games to play for 2023. It’s so I don’t add more games to the backloggery and quite frankly waste more money on games I won’t play. Last night I deviated from that list and played “Part Time UFO”. What a gem. So much fun and it has so much character and the theming is just fantastic. It truly is inspiring and I really want to make a game like that. I have been stalling too long to make something of my own…. #backloggery

Went back after over four years to finally get the last trophy in and platinum Detroit: Become Human.

I know some people were disappointed in the game for not being as open-ended as the promotional material leading up to its release had promised (and for being a little heavy-handed with its allegories), but I still really enjoy it.

Completed Yoshi's Woolly World on #WiiU with Lyn!

Super fun game and a great follow-up to Yoshi's Island. Co-op can be a bit dicey on a few levels that definitely weren't designed around it but overall it was great experience. And so cute!

Was planning to stop playing Bloodstained after my hard mode run but I just keep coming back for more. I've now finished classic mode, a run as Zengetsu, and now halfway through an Aurora run.

Strongly considering jumping straight into a nightmare run after that.... 👀

I'm 4 weeks into my unemployment break - I had intended on getting through a lot of my gaming backlog but it's been 95% Red Dead Redemption 2. I'm late to the party but that game is nuts. I know it's hard to compare but I think what they did is even more impressive than LOU2.

@jaycie The #Backloggery makes a distinction between “Beaten” and “Completed” for this, FWIW: “main objective accomplished” versus “got _all_ the things”.

(Though what I wish they had that's missing is actually a specifically “significantly partway through” status, because their description of “Unfinished” is “no significant achievements” and I think that's misleading.)
