My #BackOnMyFeet fitness journey is progressing well. I'm currently doing Andy's Density training on #peloton and my weights are progressing nicely. I'm not losing weight, but I'm clearly losing inches. Whoop! Now it's time to ramp up the miles as I train for a running event in October.
