Pain day again. Lower back reflecting pain into right shin an right hip. Arthritis in three fingers and the left knee restricting movement of said joints. Neck and shoulders also painful. Just after 3:30 pm and I’m knackered. #BackToBed

I guess a good part of working from home is if you forget you randomly took the day off, you don't get too far before you remember! #backtobed
