In general though I didn't had any issues with it for months now so I feel comfortable to suggest it as the way to go nowadays.

That's always been a strongsuit of .

(Which does NOT use or in any way) attempts to prevent you from creating files with the names of reserved words. (I say attempts because the (or ARC++ if you're still using it) Files app doesn't have this ridiculous "restriction". Unfortunately, PWAs like the VS Code web app can't bypass it. :debian:​, of course, has no such limits.
