Trying my hand at some charcuterie by making some coppa. I’ll be curing the coppa in the fridge with a dry age steak bag. It worked on YT, so giving it a shot.
I know the Canadian bacon (back bacon) will be fine. The coppa, on the other hand, I’m 50/50. I’ve watched enough YouTubers to know how to do it, so it should be fine.

There is a paper showing saltwater crocs in Northern Territory Australia are eating many invasive feral hogs as a major part of their diet. https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/full/10.1098/rsbl.2021.0676
So my question is, what about american alligators vs feral hogs? They aren't as big as saltwater crocs, but they're big enough to take on some juvenile feral hogs. Could there some potential there?

#France is trying again to restrict the terms that plant-based alternatives to #meat products can be called. Should this go into effect, plant-based products won't be able to use 21 meat-specific terms, while another 120 (including #bacon and #burger) could be used in certain instances.
