@Sheraton hotels. How to not make guests welcome. Arrived at Sheraton Melbourne. Hotel won’t check me in as I don’t have a physical credit card (they’re on my phone). They’ve seen my license. Room is prepaid. Are they that worried about me doing a runner. #badcustomerservice

This, after they discriminated against me as a Deaf customer (“my supervisor will call you”) and assumed I have $1300 to put on hold to get a replacement device even though I’ve paid for Apple Care. I told them multiple times throughout the chat that I was not happy with the support I was given and was actually pretty angry. This is so incredibly inappropriate.

I can avoid going to certain stores but it's really hard to avoid going to doctor's offices and hospitals if you have a kid.
I'd go to a different doctor's office but they are all the same or soon will be as the big universities and hospitals buy up all the small practices.
If I am going to get poor medical care then let's make it free. Every possible valid argument against universal Healthcare is null if noone can even pay for good care. #universalHealthcare #BadCustomerService #mad
