I have been on hold to the #JobCentrePlus trying to speak to a human for 45 minutes all I need is a letter of evidence… my local job centre used to do it but last year announced at random that they will no longer do this.

I need a letter of evidence EVERY TIME I go to #hospital in #London and every time I need new #glasses.

I think I’m going to wait over an hour to be told to go into the job centre who will then tell me that I need to call up. #OnHold #BadHoldMusic #LosingTheWill
