It's amazing that #HydroQuebec is doing worse than utility providers in certain warzones despite having nowhere near as reasonable an explanation for their problems.

I get that #UrbanSprawl and #CarDependent #Suburbia doesn't help, but for fuck's sake, building in some redundancy wouldn't be asking for much. Many places are fed in a purely linear fashion.
