Testweise hatte ich etwas abgezweigt und mit 550er #Weizenmehl gefüttert - das Ergebnis ist gut, damit habe ich inzwischen auch schon mehrfach gebacken. Aber auch Roggen ASG für Weizenbrot (#Baguette) hat bei mir funktioniert, das Brot ist dann optisch nur nicht ganz so hell. Für gelegentliches #Backen reicht’s so.

Un peu tard pour dire qu'au goûter, pour le prix d'un #milkshake 🥤(très bon néanmoins) de chez #fiveguys à #lille ,
j'ai eu en #boulangerie une part de #cake 🍰 pistache/griottes, un #cookie 🍪 gourmand tout choco, un pain🥨 gratiné au fromage et une #baguette 🥖 tradition.
En plus j'aurais encore de la baguette pour le #petitdej de demain.

C'est pas faux, depuis le début de l'année quand je vais faire mes #courses ailleurs qu'en hyper Leclerc, je renonce à certains produits ou j'ai fracture oculaire en voyant le ticket de caisse.
MAIS la #baguette à 29cts Leclerc que je viens de tester, c'est une #infection. Je ne donnerai même pas ça aux #canards.
Le truc à base de #farine (normalent) le plus dégueu mangé.
