Anyway... Give me your best tips for freezing #bakedgoods. I want to bake some muffins but since it's just me I don't want most of them to go to waste just so I can satisfy a craving and eat one or two. I have a vacuum sealer but I feel like that would squish them. Freeze them then vacuum seal them? I do this with foods with liquid that might get sucked out in the vacuum process. #Baking

I wish I can say I adulted today but I had cake for breakfast and it went downhill from there. 😁🤦🏻‍♂️

I made pumpkin bread!

Then I got distracted by how gorgeous the weather is outside so I left it to cool for several hours lol

Anyway, when I remembered it, it was stone cold, but soft as the sky. (I usually can't wait for cooling to dig in, so this has been a nice accident!)

It seriously melts on my tongue.

Modifications:

~ corn oil

~ finely powdered some pepitas and added that in the batter

~ powdered milk + water
