Our journey continues with adjustments to flour, sequence of combining ingredients and quantities. This time we ended up with a BIG white bread. Tasty! It’s so happy it’s even smiling at you!

We joined the #sourdough revolution about 3 years and 3 months after everybody else. Starter made from scratch (apple based)! Our first bread we nicknamed “hard disk” because of the crust for slicing, but the taste and texture are spot on! Lovely outdoor breakfast here chez beestie and mum 😋 and a very happy mother beestie (she’s the instigator)
