I absolutely love baking, especially over the holidays. This year I'm only baking two types of cookies (long time favorites) and one cake. For the cake I decided on a Red Velvet Bundt cake with a cream cheese drizzle. I just mixed the batter and placed it the pan in the oven. Wish me luck!
