I first fell in love with #Denmark years ago after I was offered a beer, #OldDanish, tea or coffee at 7.30 in the morning before working in a school in #Ballerup by the most eccentric teacher I’d ever worked with. But it deepened considerably when I discovered how well and how thoroughly they self regulate. So rather than ending this poor bottle’s long life by flinging it into the local recycling, I’m saving it for the next time I’m lucky enough to return to #Danish shores for a few more rounds.
