As promised, pictures of yesterday's #bananabread - plain and Nutella-core varieties. The Nutella has permeated through the mixture really well, and the flavour is something else. I'm actually having problems sourcing over-ripe bananas. I'll need to increase the #DogWalking to make up for it though!

One "standard" version, and one with a mid-layer of Nutella spread. Bear in mind that each loaf contains 140gm/5oz of sugar and the 4tbsp of Nutella, plus the sugar in the bananas... oh dear!

Anna's Great Nana's Banana Bread! This recipe is from my great grandmother (whose name was Erma). We had overripe bananas, so what else was I to do?
I normally bake this in small glass loaf pans, but mine all have stuff in them today, so into the bundt pan it goes! It'll be fine!
(Yes, those are chocolate chips.)

It’s been a while, but I’m finally back at #baking. Started with my classic #BananaBread and it’s a little undercooked but still tasty. It’s a new oven so I have to figure out baking times and temperatures still. Next I’m thinking #cookies.

Not too much I can do these days in the kitchen because of my #Parkinsons and mobility but one skill I still can do is pull my powerchair to the low bar and dump raw ingredients in #bread maker and turn it on.
I surprised my wife with a fresh loaf of #BananaBread today.
Thanks to my hand-held vacuum, I can even clean up the mess a little.
Wasn't able to get the wet and dry ingredients in the perfect place so some powder #dough on one side but she says it is good bread.
