A majority of new recruits start off as heroes who care until they're partnered with jaded veteran officers under #RacistFOP. I have family/friends who have been turned by #RacistRhetoric of failed leadership. Local PD's need elected police councils & more. Hiring ex-vets with undiagnosed trauma is not helping either.
