Couldn’t agree more with this text by @danmcquillan I found through a boost in my timeline. Nodding fervently at sentences like, “ChatGPT is, in technical terms, a ‘bullshit generator’.” Or, later on, “(…) the social benefits are still speculative while the harms have been empirically demonstrated.”
