Almost any home has a box of adhesive #bandages - #BandAids - in it somewhere.
I'm here to advise you not to buy Band-Aids or other name brands. Don't buy any you might see advertised on TV. Don't buy any you find at the grocery store.
Buy brands aimed at medical settings, online. They have boring names, but they're higher quality and stick better, and they're much, much cheaper.
You won't get 7 different shapes in a box, but how useful are those weirdo ones?

421 followers · 253 posts · Server aus.socialBandages are very useful. They can relieve your pain and help wounds to heal. They also cover the scars, but some wounds are far deeper and it is these wounds that are the hardest to heal.
He was never a believer in the saying that time heals all wounds. This is a falsehood, an overused cliché that has no semblance of truth.
He never knew her, only a child when she was cruelly snatched from his life. Her life awaited her, beautiful children and her husband were family that she absolutely adored. Photos of her glowing smile, embracing life were all that he had to remember her by.
A strong willed and loving woman who was also a force of nature. A generous and loving should. He would inherit this determination and strong will from her for which he was grateful. But the ache in his heart was constant, like a knife lodged and twisted slowly, piercing deeper into the flesh with even the slightest move.
He would come to deal with his loss over the course of his life as best as he could. Grandchildren she would never see, but she would be a presence in their lives. He was determined to keep her memory alive, but the grief always remained.
Never forgotten. Always in our hearts.
