I den lilla kuststaden Bandar-e Anzali i norra Iran kör Mehran Samak runt i bilen och tutar. Liksom många andra iranier är han glad över att USA vann över Iran. Iranska landslaget är regimens lag, inte folkets lag. Så tycker alla iranier.
Plötsligt kör en mc-polis kör upp jämte honom, skjuter in i bilen och träffar honom. Han dör senare på sjukhus, bara 27 år gammal. Han var förlovad och skulle snart gifta sig.
