If someone ever asked me for an example of a perfectly structured and executed guitar solo, I’d pick Amos Garett’s solo in Midnight at the Oasis, Larry Carlton in Kid Charlemagne, and the one in the second half here.

My rig back then was a #Fender #Bandmaster #Reverb into a 2X12 cab with #Altec 417-8Cs. I was a massive #SteveHowe fan at the time.
