#banhxeo is a #vietnamese savory #crepe made with rice flour, turmeric, and coconut cream.
Chunks of seared pork, shrimp, mung bean and onion are cooked into the crepe, and it’s filled with bean sprouts and green onion.
To eat, tear off a piece of crepe and put it on a lettuce leaf. Top it with pickled veggies, fresh basil and mint leaves, and roll it up like a wrap. Dip it in sweet and sour nuoc cham sauce, and enjoy!
