My point being that big-money #ransomware attacks are completely non-existent without #cryptocurrency. ( #BankingReform is another problem.)

One thing that leads to higher costs of ALL services (incl banking, medical, utilities, retail, etc) is #cybercrime and ransomware attacks. Some companies & govt entities are now planning the expected cost of paying ransoms into their budgets.

#Crypto is also used to move criminals' finances and to just rip off people.

Without more regulation, #crypto will continue to be more negative than positive in our society.
