You know Former President Obama had implemented new regulations to avoid the crashes of 2008 that occurred before he took office. Many of those regulations were rolled back by Trump and Republicans. Right wing media is already trying to claim "woke" policies are to blame instead of a lack of regulations and oversight allowing banks to make risky decisions for short term gains that benefit shareholders and bank executives but put depositors at risk.
