This impacts the human body as it is not designed to either sit for prolonged duration or stand for prolonged duration.

Since the dawn of time, humans are dependent on certain crucial things, that are being ignored in the modern way of living.

With the advent of artificial lighting we have continued to stay up later and later as time goes on. This is in direct conflict with how humans are configured to function. As we stay late and push our bodies further, this impacts our wake up time and the cycle continues, this continues until we realize we are impacting our health.
