The Big Smoke - a 12% ABV whiskey stout from Dublin's Rascals Brewing in collaboration with Dubliner Whiskey.
While disappointingly low on actual smoke, it's a lush and smooth stout oozing with dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon sweetness.

A now legendary Irish whiskey stout. The 2022 version of Galway Bay's Two Hundred Fathoms is deep, creamy and smooth - add in a dash of whiskey with a backdrop of blackberries and coconut and you're on to a winner. It's the most hyped and eagerly anticipated Irish bi-annual beer for a reason.

Not sure who Oliphant Brewing was trying to keep out of the bottle but holy crap took me 5 minutes to get the wax seal off!
The battle was worth it! Vanilla, fruit, chocolate notes in a rich, smooth body. Another one for the collection.

After pizza it’s #surlyBrewing #darkness Raspberry Chocolate Torte rye barrel aged #imperialStout. Hugely raspberry forward but with a #sour note that I don’t care for. It felt more like Surly #Sixteen added to a stout. Sorry but I’m going to pass on a repeat.
