518 followers · 7952 posts · Server mastodon.socialI'm somewhat optimistic councillor Lo might be able to get bus routes altered so that middle & highschool students in 3 #Barrhaven neighbourhoods can get to a bus stop without having to walk on the highway.
The city of #ottawa recently moved these neighbourhoods into the Urban Transit Area, increasing annual taxes by >$1000, with the closest bus stop > 800m away, down a highway with no sidewalks.
