Learning: Flow diagrams (which they call breadboards) and fat marker sketches are enough design for proposal stage. Fine design comes always later.

What I really like:
- Fixed time slots, small enough to try and test.
- Clear commitment and buy in from stakeholders.
- Focus on the problem to solve.

Will try that out with one Product person. #Mixpanel and Basecamp seem to have good results with that.

@mayor I've been using #Basecamp’s new Card Table tool — #Kanban with some twists, things like ‘Triage’, ‘Not Now’, and ‘On Hold' which are normally just other columns have special #UI treatment.

I had also used #GitHub’s Project tool that was Kanban based, but I think they are phasing that classic version out for their new #spreadsheet inspired project system.

Habe heute endlich mal mein #GPS #Tourenachiv aus #Garmin #Basecamp nach #Komoot übertragen.

Da man leider keinen Massenimport machen kann, war das ein ziemlicher Aufwand.

Der Vorteil von Komoot ist aber, dass einem das die #Tracks automatisch auf die Wege plant und man bei der Planung nicht wie in Basecamp alle Wegpunkte von Hand verschieben muss, wenn man was umplanen will.
