Most of us here know that we're being poisoned through our food, our water, and even the air.

My original post on Gab is too long to post here but I'll provide a link to that post about countering thos poisons by helping out your God given immune system.

Fluoride is one such toxin. Throw away that toothpaste and brush with baking soda. If you're in a place that has fluoridated water, but yourself a water distiller.

Years of fluoride brings on skeletal fluorosis, a joint stiffening condition. People mistaken it as a byproduct of old age. It isn't.

The post has the benefits of Borax, a natural boron salt from the Earth's crust, and its benefits to the body. I found it to be a tremendous asset to my body at age 53!
