@AlaskaBecks Leftovers of leftovers 😀. Last night I made a Tortilla Pie with roast chicken & broccoli from Sunday, Molé sauce from the freezer, hot sauce, layered between large oven dried flour tortillas, and topped with various cheeses. Served with sour cream.
