Es braucht eine kritische Theorie der #Jugendsünde.
Ein Dummer-Jungen-Streich kann ein exculpierendes Moment nicht nur durch die zeitliche, biographische Distanz, sondern auch durch die ihm inhärente #Inkompetenz haben. (Im Fall von "Jugend" fällt ja normalerweise beides zusammen: Zeitabstand und Unvermögen, Unkenntnis).
Das Konzept scheint besonders dort brüchig zu werden, wo offensichtlich Expertise, Kompetenz, Wissen, Ausdrucks- und Gestaltungsfähigkeit im "Streich" erkennbar sind. (Vgl. @Fj_Murau https://www.zeit.de/kultur/2023-08/flugblatt-affaere-hubert-aiwanger-machart (paywall))
Man kommt dem Problem auf die Spur, wenn man diese beiden Bilder vergleicht.
Daraus folgt die Frage, wie man eine ungewöhnliche weil ultrakompetente "Jugendsünde" diskursiv korrekt verbuchen soll.
Wie gesagt: es braucht eine kritische Theorie der Jugendsünde.
