It covered the very serious issues of sourcing raw materials, the problems of creating sufficient battery manufacturing facilities (particularly in the #UK ) and of providing charging facilities to service the rapidly expanding e-car fleet.
No answers were given to these profound questions.
But, no discussion of any other transport solution: no public transport, no bikes☹️

It is well-written, tense in parts, and socially accurate without being cynical.

Much as I am a fan of this particular British documentary legacy, the footage on #Shetland orcas is from July 2020 & 2021, the height of #COVID19 lockdowns & controversies in the #UK.
NoOne is wearing masks.
I remember the time vividly bcos we were banned from visiting my mother in hospital. She was slowly dying of #Alzheimers. In fact, I missed her actual death in October 2021 as a result.
