Belle programmation musicale sur #bbcradio6music en ce moment. Ça me replonge bien des années en arrière où le streaming n'existait pas encore. Chaque mois je me rendais chez Melody disquaire à Quimperlé, un tiny magasin sur la place St Michel, deux rangées de bacs aux choix sûrs. J'y passais bien une heure à faire des découvertes dans tous les sens. Et notamment grâce au label Realworld de Peter Gabriel. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan en fait partie.

I grew up in the 90s, so my #music tastes skew towards late 80s to early 00s. However it’s great to discover or dive deeper into older bands that quite obviously influenced my faves!

Eg today I heard 1978’s “Just What I Needed” by The Cars on #BBCRadio6Music and thought, ooh this is a bit Weezer. Then I read that vocalist Ric Ocasek produced Weezer’s debut LP. 🙃

@BBCNews on #BBCRadio6Music just now stating Ash Regan resigned from the Scottish Government in protest at "Nicola Sturgeon's plans [sic] for gender recognition reform."

This "plans" shtick individualising the FM is inaccurate gaslighting bullshit. The #GRRBill was passed by a majority of MSPs from all parties in the Scottish Parliament.
