@capntransit It was loud and likely worse because the bike path would be higher than I was. Definitely needs some sound blocking panels. I think #BCEQ Bronx Council for Environmental Equality has a design for that.

#Bceq is also planning the screens for the Tibbetts Brook daylighting in the planned Harlem River Greenway along #I87.

Went to Bronx & Harlem Rivers Urban Waters Federal Partnership (UWFP) Quarterly Meeting.held by #BCEQ.org (The Bronx Council for Environmental Quality) at Manhattan College. Learned many things. One is that #BronxRiver dams will be evaluated for sustainability of #fishPassageway. Also some org has taken sediment cores. The dual dam in #BronxZoo may come down anyway. Pinch points may cause Bronx River to flood.
