- Event organizer should do it or task someone on their team
- Never ask Indigenous or POC person just because they're there & not in host nation
- Only ask me or an Indigenous person, if no one else is available
- Never ask host nation to do it, unless organizers are part of that nation & consent
- Recognize we are asked to do this a LOT & when we turn it down - RESPECT that.
