Happy ! This is Vernon Military Training Camp where there was annual training with the Westminster Regiment 2nd Battalion (Home Guard) B Company (Haney, Hammond etc). A long row of tents, some with sides hauled up for cooling. The building at the far end is identified as the latrine.
