These are my far the laziest black-eyed peas I've ever made in my life. Just dried peas cooked in Better than Bouillon. I didn't even throw in a bay leaf. But I did my duty to divert disaster.

Just finished cooking two pounds of beans. One pound of buckeyes to go with tamales tomorrow. And a pound of royal coronas which will go in a creamy tomato sauce for dinner tonight.

Does anyone in the #RanchoGordo #BeanClub still have the newspaper of recipes from the fall box? I meant to save the baked beans recipe. Alternatively, if anyone has a great baked beans recipe (from dried) of the New England type, please advise.
