Lil Rouna doodles I forgot to share! They’re very worried about a certain promise.
+ them scratching Gwen’s furniture, you know, it’s theirs now.
And last but not least, their abnormally disproportionately long tail getting stepped on. It’s an actual problem, because if often drags on the floor.
Extra: their teeth look like sharp, big but relatively normal teeth most of the time. If they’re very mad or want to bite, they transform…

Another doodle because that’s all I do, oops. This is Rouna, again.
Gwen hastily arranged her studio to be a temporary room for the injured kid she just rescued.
Rouna has a broken knee and nose. It was hard to medicate them, they’re distrustful and absolutely vicious. They always hear Gwen approaching the room before she enters, and welcome her with a deadly stare. They’re very small (barely 25kg) but they induce a deep fear.

I forgot I actually never posted these doodles either, so here you go. These are the last parts in which I’ll have the pleasure to draw them in their animal forms. (without colors and details I know it might be difficult to tell these two apart, sorry. The stranger has a thick long mane, tufted tail and legs, no nose scars, a wider face and spotted fur.

Pt.6. The stranger is confused and decides they want nothing to do with those weirdos. Rouna knows why and is mildly embarrassed, as this wasn’t the first impression they wanted to make on the first other Shara’ they’ve ever seen…
It’s hard to make these characters expressive because of their facial anatomy, but I’m trying!

Enchodont means spear tooth (Greek). Proteus means shapeshifter (from a shapeshifting Greek divinity).
They're called pseudogorgons because their heads slightly remind those of a true (extinct) gorgonopsid.
Pseudogorgons are very ancient, now almost functionally extinct mammals related to felines and hyenas. See thread for more.

In the end it was just a scuffle. Gorgons don’t fight each other and would never kill each other unless really necessary. The unknown gorgon is confused about Rouna’s attack — they’re used to ally with each other.
