Plus grosse sortie vélo des vacances aujourd'hui, avec cette chaleur j'ai choisi mon jour ! 🥵
Départ tôt, mais pas assez, vers 6h40 de #Beaufort, direction le cormet d'Arèche à un peu plus de 2100m, ce qui fait 1400m positif sur à peu près 22km, le derniers à 10% sur une piste blanche en cailloux, ça fatigue !
En route on passe le barrage de St Guérin.

#Happy to have completed the #BSAC #Boat #Handling course from #Weymouth and #Portland earlier this week with #Jurassic #Aqua #Sports. Typical #British weather, especially day two with near gale #Beaufort 7 wind and rain. We were joined by a #Bottlenose #Dolphin while practicing slow speed manoeuvres while at the helm, no more than a metre off the starboard bow. Plans are to attain #coxswain pass by the end of the year to add to #scuba certifications.
