Give yourself a chance to wind down before bed. Find a corner on the floor to try a few gentle movements and see what happens 🙂 Some suggestions:
- standing back bend
- dangle forward fold
- child's pose
- front-side savasana
- butterfly
- legs up the wall
- twist (both sides)
- savasana
Maybe even do it in bed and let yourself fall asleep in that sweet final resting pose.
