#WeatherChannel's First Snow Tracker from individuals reporting their first #snow this year left the state of #NorthCarolina blank. Evidently no one from the mountains is reporting. This is from yesterday when I was looking at #BeechMountain's live cam.

The snow is flying on #BeechMountain, #NC. Before Covid, 1BR Condos were selling for apx. $40k. Now they're selling for $140K! #Resort properties will continue to be hot hot hot, with people being able to work remotely these days. #Snowshoe, #WV properties will be one of the next places to explode in value. Very cheap purchasing opportunities there for now. #MyrtleBeach has a lot of cheap condos, I don't foresee their prices dramatically increasing with so many available.
