After being fed some political YT channels (#BehindtheBastards, #SomeMoreNews) it shocks me how much everyone is scaring each other in the US.

In the Netherlands we got the same fearmongering from the alt-right, but I feel our left shows less resentment.

In US, both sides warn for the dangers of 'the other side', while pressing the same feeling of urgency + defeatism.

Then again, we do have a more egalitarian society, which is pretty cool if you'd ask me.

Just listened to the #behindthebastards about Coco Chanel. What an emotional rollercoaster!

Man the new york times loves them some fascists and evil doers.

There's an article about Thomas Midgley Jr. - the man responsible for leaded gasoline and CFCs (ozone hole).

In discussing the long term effects they conveniently leave out reports at the time of how they were affecting workers and *known* problems.

They say "how can you possibly know what the long term effects will be" and look at how useful those things were!!.

If you want good whitewash - buy the NYT.
