That next year my friend put a bid on a house with multiple offers and his bid was not the highest, but the sellers accepted his offer. Why? The seller happened to be the man that the net was returned to. I love to see this as one sincere act of kindness rewarding another. it's a great lesson...and an absolutely true story from Bend, OR.
