Just watched #CloseToMe (2021), starring Connie Nielsen & #ChristopherEccleston. It was a good & very disturbing, amnesia story.
Eps 1-4 focus on what Jo remembers & thinks. Ep 5 switches over to Rob’s POV. Then the last ep is Jo’s again.
By then, I no longer trusted her, which I don’t think was what the director intended. Wonder if I’m alone in favoring Rob. The series upended my usual tendency to say #BelieveWomen.
Eccleston, btw, is lovely in it. (And that’s not why I liked Rob… I think.)

Jennifer said: "He was always treated as innocent until he was proven guilty - we were treated as liars until proven truthful."

This is EXACTLY what has to change.
